FORCE3 PRO GEAR is pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50 (USD) within the 48 contiguous United States.


For orders that do not reach the $50 threshold, we charge a flat rate of $9.95 for all shipments within the contiguous United States.


Most US orders ship via USPS First Class/Priority, FedEx or UPS Ground/Home delivery services,with USPS First Class/Priority Mail typically arriving within 2-5 days after leaving our warehouse. FedEx and UPS orders normally fall within a 1-6 day delivery window, but are dependent upon your location. Please note that these are estimates only, and delivery times will be longer with international orders. Most international orders ship with DHL eCommerce or UPS.


With our Standard Shipping, your order will leave our warehouse within 24-48 business hours. Once your order has left our warehouse, all order status updates will be available from the courier within your tracking information.


Shipment tracking numbers and updates will be sent to you via email once the shipping process has been initiated.

*Please note: Delivery fees are non-refundable. You will be credited for any returned or refused items that adhere to our return policy, minus all delivery fees. FORCE3 can not ship to P.O. boxes. All applicable duties and tariffs related to international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: A restocking fee of up to 20% of the product’s original value may be assessed based on the condition of your returned merchandise. We do not accept returns on gift cards, customized merchandise, or gear that has been used or has had any tags removed. FORCE3 does not offer free international returns. Customers outside the United States are responsible for all return shipping costs, including those related to returning items to our facility.

Do you ship internationally?  

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping and are proud to serve customers all around the  globe.  

What countries do you ship to?  

We ship to most countries worldwide. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your  location, please get in touch with our customer service team for confirmation.  

How much does international shipping cost?  

Shipping costs vary by destination, package size, and weight. For an accurate  quote, contact our support team at support@force3progear.com.  

How long will my international order take to arrive?  

Delivery times vary by country and chosen shipping method. Most international  orders arrive within 7–21 business days. Please note: Customs inspections may cause additional, unpredictable delays,  which we cannot control or expedite.  

Who is responsible for import duties, taxes, and  customs fees?  

All international customers are fully responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country.  

Do you cover customs fees, duties, or import taxes? 

No. All customs-related charges are the responsibility of the customer.   

Can you mark my order as a gift to avoid duties or taxes?  

Unfortunately, no. We must accurately declare all shipments according to  international shipping laws.  

What happens if my order is held by customs?  

If your package is held, you may need to submit additional paperwork or pay the  required customs fees for the order to be released. Please contact your local customs office for guidance.  

Can I track my international order?  

Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its  progress.  

My package hasn’t arrived yet—what should I do?  

Start by checking your tracking information. Customs processing is a common  cause of delays. If your tracking hasn’t updated or the delay seems unusual,  contact us at support@force3progear.com 

Will customs cause delays?  

Yes, customs processing can delay delivery times. These delays vary by  country, and unfortunately, we cannot influence or speed up the process.  

What if my international order is lost or damaged?  

If your shipment appears lost or arrives damaged, email us at support@force3progear.com. While we are not responsible for lost or damaged  packages once they are in transit, we will work with the carrier to assist in  resolving the issue. 

Who is responsible for return shipping on  international orders? 

If you return an international order, you are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs-related fees.
