good really protective
Son says the fit is great and they are comfortable. They stay in place no matter what the stance is.
My son (5'9") has the adult guard and they fit him well. The colors match with all of his other khaki gear well. They will get the job done. The only complaint here is that the straps would pull through the loops on his first time out wearing it. We contacted F3 support and they suggested to put some hockey tape on the loops and then tape up the loops when he had them sized to fit. Overall it works, but we were a bit dissatisfied that we had to do that after only one inning of use.
