WARRANTY

At FORCE3 PRO GEAR, we appreciate the trust you place in us to protect you on the field. We take great pride in the quality of our products and remain committed to delivering the safest, most reliable equipment in the game.

On the rare occasion that a product does not perform as expected under normal use, we offer a one-year warranty (from the date of original purchase) against manufacturer’s defects.

To help us review your claim quickly and fairly, please provide:

1. Proof of purchase for product(s) purchased from an authorized FORCE3 PRO GEAR retailer within the last year
2. Description of the issue, including when and how the issue occurred

3. Clear photos of the affected area (plus any additional images as requested)

Once we receive all required information, our warranty team will review your claim within five business days and contact you with a resolution. If approved, we will repair your existing product or send a replacement. 

Important exclusions:
    •    Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to padding gradually wearing down, is not covered under warranty.
    •    Excessive or abusive use outside the product’s intended purpose may limit coverage.
    •    Any modifications made to your product will void the warranty.

Replacing worn Velcro or re-securing the padding does not void the warranty. The warranty only applies to structural modifications that alter the helmet’s original design. Routine adjustments or replacements of Velcro and padding are considered normal maintenance and are fully supported.
