Extended Holiday Return Policy: Any unused FORCE3 PRO GEAR Gift(s) (purchased between October 25, 2024 and December 31, 2024) can be returned by January 31, 2025. So, you can gift with confidence! (Not valid on Gift Cards)
At FORCE3, we understand the importance of a perfect fit. Especially when it comes to your safety. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, our team will work with you to resolve any issues and get you right back into the game.
Upon receipt of your FORCE3 merchandise, please inspect your item for accuracy, and if applicable, try it on, ensuring that all hang tags and packaging are kept intact. Should the item not meet your expectations, we accept returns of unused merchandise purchased at force3progear.com or from our flagship store in Connecticut, for a period of 30 days upon receipt of your order.
- If you wish to return your order, please email support@force3progear.com indicating which item(s) you would like to return, and the reasons why. To make an exchange, please list the item(s), including sizing and color, that you would like to replace your initial order.
- Our team will respond to your inquiry within two (2) business days and provide you with a free-return label and any further instructions to guarantee an easy return.
- Re-package your unused merchandise and affix your free-return label, then arrange shipment with the appropriate shipper. We recommend that you retain all tracking information.
- Upon receipt of your return, our team will inspect the merchandise for approval, and if deemed acceptable, will notify you via email of confirmation of refund. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we received your merchandise for payment. All returns will be processed to the same payment method for which the initial purchase was made.
*At this time, we offer pre-paid/free returns within the 48 contiguous United States.
Please note: A restocking fee of up to 20% of the product’s original value may be assessed, based on the condition of your returned merchandise. We do not accept returns on gift cards, customized merchandise, or gear that has been used or has had any tags removed.
